Where is my order?
You can track your order using the tracking code found on your order dispatch email. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched from us up until receipt of the items at its final destination. What is the returns and refund policy?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, if within 14 days of purchase you change your mind, we are happy to offer you a refund credited to the card used in the original purchase. Please note that goods should be returned in their perfect, original and unworn condition, including original packaging. Engraved or customised items are non-returnable. It is also possible to return any item for an exchange. If you require an Extended Returns period, please contact us with your request. We offer an Extended Returns Policy from the 12th November to 24th December. Head to our returns policyfor more information.

Christmas Returns Policy
Due to the Christmas gift giving period, our returns policy will be extended until the 8th January for orders made between 12th November and 24th December.

Which payment options do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards. We also payment via Paypal, Apple Pay and Baltic Beauty Gift Cards.

When will the payment be taken?
The payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed an order.

How do I exchange an item?
You are able to exchange products within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us via email, and we will provide you with information regarding the returns procedure. Once you have returned the item, your original order will be refunded and a new order will be placed. For exchanges, if the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.

How can I choose the currency I pay in?
You are able to pay on the website in 6 currencies - British Pounds Sterling, American Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Japanese Yen and Euros. To change the currency the product prices are shown in, there is a currency selector at the top right hand side of the website. This drop down lets you choose your preferred currency.

How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

We offer the following delivery services:

  • FREE Standard UK Delivery within 3 working days on orders over £40.
  • Next Day Delivery £6 for orders placed by 1pm. 
  • Europe Delivery within 3 - 5 working days for £5.
  • All other International Deliveries in 5 - 10 working days for £6
  • Express International Shipping also available.
  • FREE Standard International Delivery on orders over £150.

Please note: Due to the ongoing global Pandemic, Royal Mail may be experiencing slight delays. In particular, the "Special Next Day by 1pm" whilst still available and prioritised, is no longer a guaranteed service.

In an effort to reduce our paper usage, no invoices or order notices will be included in your parcel. If you would like to include a gift message, please add our Luxury Gift Wrap option at the checkout.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
We generally prepare your order for despatch immediately, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order as it could have already been despatched. In this case, you would have to return your order once you've received it. However please get in touch as soon as possible and we may be able to make any changes for you. 

Do you offer a repairs service?
We are happy to offer a FREE repair services for any item of jewellery purchased from us within 1 year of purchase. Please contact us via email to discuss the nature of the repair. For any item older than 1 year, we also offer our repair services with just a small fee. 

I made an order with a 3 for 2 offer but I would like to return one of the items, can I keep the free gift?
If you would like to initiate a return that was part of our 3 for 2 sale, you will also be required to return the free item, as you no longer qualify for the discount. Alternatively, the cost of the free item can be deducted from your refund. 

What size ring do I need?
The majority of our rings are adjustable. Please see our Handy Video Guide on How to Adjust an Adjustable Ring for safe handling of the ring's adjustability. Our sized rings come in varied sizes specified in the product's description. To find your size, please refer to our ring sizing guide or visit your local jewellers, where you can usually have your ring size measured.
