During their summer tour of Europe, Princess Kate and Prince William - along with their adorable children Prince George and Princess Charlotte, visited Poland for 3 days - where they were welcomed with open arms to the Amber Capital of Poland, Gdansk.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were presented with gifts, to remember their time in Poland. Cufflinks for Prince William, designed by art professor Sławomir Fijalkowski of Gdańsk, were handcrafted using sterling silver and cherry amber, whilst Princess Kate was gifted a statement necklace featuring 14-carat-gold and a spherical butterscotch amber stone.

This week also saw Princess Kate proudly adorning a Butterscotch Amber Jewellery Set, of gold earrings and a delightfully matching pendant. With this beautiful gift from Gdansk, can we hope to see the Royals donning more Amber Jewellery?
