Can I have my Order Gift Wrapped?

We offer our luxury Gift Wrap for £4 - please add this option at checkout. Your order will arrive wrapped, tied in a grey satin bow, with a notecard and anti-tarnish jewellery cleaning cloth.

If you would like to include a gift message, please add this during the checkout process. Your message will be printed on our BB notecard. Alternatively, you can select to receive a blank gift card to write your own message.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We generally prepare your order for dispatch immediately, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order. However, please get in touch as soon as you can with any requests, and we will do our best to help you.

What Ring Size do I need?

The majority of our rings are adjustable. Please see our Handy Video Guide on How to Adjust an Adjustable Ring for safe handling of the ring's adjustability. Our sized rings come in varied sizes specified in the product's description. To find your size, please refer to our ring sizing guide or visit your local jewellers, where you can usually have your ring size measured.

How Can I Care for my Amber Jewellery?

To keep your jewellery healthy, shiny and brilliant, you need to learn how to take care of both the Amber and Silver. Amber is a soft material, and therefore cannot be dropped, treated or mishandled in the same way that pure silver may be. Why has my Jewellery Tarnished?

Sterling Silver reacts to the sulfur containing substances in the air. To keep your jewellery bright and clean, we recommend using our jewellery cleaning cloth with anti-tarnish properties. What is the .925 Stamp on my Jewellery?

The .925 stamp stands for 92.5% Silver which is Sterling Silver.

Is my Jewellery Hallmarked?

All Baltic Beauty jewellery weighing over 7 grams, bear an official series of marks, known as a hallmark, to indicate the purity of the silver. Baltic Beauty Jewellery fully complies with the 1973 Hallmarking Act and is registered with the Birmingham Assay Office, who independently test and guarantee that our jewellery is .925 sterling silver. How can I Resize my Adjustable Ring?

We always recommend sharing your ring size at the checkout for professional adjustment in our workshop. However if you would like to make any changes at home, please refer to our handy video guide on "How to Safely Adjust an Adjustable Ring".

To receive your UK order the Next Working Day, please order before 1pm and select 'Special Delivery' as your shipping option. Orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday, will be delivered the following Monday unless you purchase the "Next Day Saturday Guarantee before 1pm" delivery option. Please allow extra time for delivery on weekends, Bank Holidays and during our busy Christmas and Easter periods.

As a result of Brexit and the global pandemic, international shipping may be slightly delayed. There may also be customs and duties fees as indicated by your countries local laws. 

How do I Track my Order?

You can track your order using the tracking code on your order dispatch email. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched. Hit the chat icon at the bottom right of your screen and select track. Click here for our estimated delivery times.

What is the Returns Policy?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, if within 14 days of purchase you change your mind, we are happy to offer you a refund credited to the card used in the original purchase. Please note that goods should be returned in their perfect, original and unworn condition, including original packaging. Engraved or customised items are non-returnable. It is also possible to return any item for an exchange. If you require an Extended Returns period, please contact us with your request. We offer an Extended Returns Policy from the 12th November to 24th December. Head to our returns policy for more information or contact us now to initiate a return.

How can I Return a Gift?

You will need to provide the order reference number and email address and we will help you from there. Refunds can only be made to the card used in the original purchase.

Warranty & Repairs

What is your Warranty Service?

Every piece of Baltic Beauty Jewellery is covered by a 1 year warranty. We are happy to offer a free repair service for any item of jewellery purchased from us within 1 year of purchase. Please contact us via email to discuss the nature of the repair. For any item older than 1 year, we also offer our repair services with just a small fee. 

What if my Jewellery is Outside Warranty?

For any item older than 1 year, we also offer our repair services for the lifetime of your piece with just a small fee.
