We are pleased to offer a range of shipping options to customers both from the UK and from around the globe. Your Baltic Beauty Jewellery will be delivered by Royal Mail, beautifully wrapped in our luxury branded boxes and packaged within a discreet mailing box.

Delivery estimates below show how many working days from dispatch it will take for your order's delivery. Orders made before 1pm will usually be dispatched the very same day.

To receive your UK order the Next Working Day, please order before 1pm and select 'Special Delivery' as your shipping option. Orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday, will be delivered the following Monday unless you purchase the "Next Day Saturday Guarantee before 1pm" delivery option. Please allow extra time for delivery on weekends, Bank Holidays and during our busy Christmas and Easter periods.

In an effort to reduce our paper usage, no invoices or order notices will be included in your parcel. If you would like to include a gift message, please add our Luxury Gift Wrap option at the checkout. 

As a result of Brexit and the global pandemic, international shipping may be slightly delayed. There may also be customs and duties fees as indicated by your countries local laws. Please note that we do not cover these costs.

Further Information

Prior to dispatch, orders may be subject to security checks. We may need to contact you, if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the despatch of your order.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, a note will be left at your address and you will be able to collect your parcel from the local postal delivery office or reschedule a delivery online.

If you are using a PO Box as your delivery address, please get in touch to see whether our shipping options are available in your country. If not, this can significantly delay the delivery times.

In the event we are unable to ship via a certain courier, we will use an alternative method. If we use a cheaper service, the difference will be refunded.  Upon receiving your delivery, please double-check the condition of your order to ensure no damage. Please let us know regarding damage within 5 days of receiving your gifts for a full replacement. Please note that we do not refund delivery costs due to late deliveries. 
At this time we do not offer free shipping costs for returns.

Incorrect Address or Address Changes

It is critical that the address provided at checkout is correct. We ask all customers to please provide as much information as possible when checking out. Adding a phone number and an email address is also advisable. If you spot a mistake in your address or need to change the address, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to change an address, but if this has already been posted, we may not be able to change this. In this circumstance, we are unable to refund or replace orders that have been sent to an address that is incorrect, but we will offer you a couple of options to help out! 

Loss of Package

In very rare circumstances, packages may be lost by our courier. If this applies, we will obtain a scan history from our courier, get them to investigate this and once we have the evidence back, we will resend your order free of charge. If you have not received your products after 15 business days, please contact us. In no circumstances do we refund or reissue products until the 15-business-day period has been met.
