Return & Refund Policy

You may return your jewellery, including earrings, for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, for a full refund. Please contact us via email with your Return Request. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the product. Items need to be returned in their unworn condition, in their original packaging and we will be happy to refund or exchange your order. Please note, if an exchange is required contact us via email and we will be happy to help you with the process. 

When returning items, we recommend obtaining proof of postage and using an insured method of shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.

Extended Returns Policy

We are also happy to offer an Extended Returns period if required. All orders made between the 28th November and 24th December, are subject to our festive Extended Returns Policy. Please notify us following the Christmas period of any return request by the 5th January.

Complete Satisfaction Promise

Items purchased at Baltic Beauty may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days if you're not completely satisfied with your jewellery. All items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging and safely packaged.

Sale Items

All sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We do not offer price adjustments if items are further reduced after your purchase date.

Free Shipping

If your order qualifies for free shipping, and an item out of the order is returned which would then disqualify your order for this free service, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. This is to prevent packaging waste and reduce our carbon footprint. 

FREE item offer

(e.g 3 for 2 or Free Tulip Ring on orders over £150)

If you receive a free item, gift, offer or discount, and then would like to return or partially return the order, you will also be required to return the gift, as you no longer meet the offer's requirements. 

Exceptions: 

 Please note that the following are excluded from the store returns policy:

  • Bespoke or engraved items.
  • All gift packaging including gift bags and wrap. 
  • Items otherwise altered to a customer’s request.
  • Items returned in the not in there original condition, for example, either damaged or sent back in an unhygienic state. 
  • Being outside of the 14 day returns policy.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty. 

 

Processing your Refund

Upon receipt of your returned items, the credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the full cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account. 

Exchanging a Gift

Please note that we can only refund the credit or debit card used for the original purchase. However it is possible to exchange your Baltic Beauty for store credit.

If you received a Baltic Beauty item as a gift, and it is not suitable, you can return it within 14 days for an exchange. Please contact us via email, and we will provide you with information regarding the returns procedure. 

For exchanges, if the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.

Warranty
All our Jewellery is covered under a 1 year warranty. This means we will replace damaged jewellery that is not caused by the purchaser. We will clean or refresh this free of charge. Items damaged within the 14 day returns policy will be offered a replacement or a refund. Items outside of the 14 days returns policy will only be offered a replacement or a credit note. Under no circumstances will we replace jewellery that has been lost. At the point of contacting us, we will request photographic proof of damage, which must be presented to be entitled for the above. Please note, we hold the right to refuse warranty if we believe in negligence.
