We're having an early Christmas sale - giving you the best holiday deals before the holiday(!) making your online gift shopping a little easier on the wallets! Our Christmas Sale is available both on our Etsy store and right here in our online shop.
Opening Hours
Of course we are open, both on our Etsy and Website boutique, throughout the Christmas period - all day, everyday! That doesn't mean to say that just our shops will be available to make orders, we'll be on hand to offer the usual speedy customer service! Orders made between the 24th-27th December and the 31st-1st January, will be dispatched on the nearest available working day. Please be aware that shipping may take longer during the holiday period, but we will be sure to provide business as usual.

Packaging
Your Baltic Beauty order will arrive in a grey suede pouch, perfect for protecting or storing your jewellery safely. This will be safely packaged within a black pillow box, bound by our branded ribbon. We can also write a personalised hand written note for its receiver upon request.
Extended Returns Policy
Due to the Christmas gift giving period, our returns policy will be extended until the 8th January 2017 for orders made between 15th November and 24th December 2016.
