Twelve Days of Christmas

We're running a "Twelve Days of Christmas" promotion, where you can enjoy a sparkling new and exciting deal every day on the run up to Christmas. Starting on the 1st of December, check in on our daily emails or social sites for updates on our "Deal of the Day". An early Merry Christmas treat for everyone !
Opening Hours
Of course we are open, both our Baltic Beauty Etsy store, Amazon and right here on our website boutique, throughout the Christmas period - all day, everyday! That doesn't mean to say that our shops will only be available to make orders, we'll be on hand to offer the usual speedy customer service! Orders made between the 24th-27th December and the 31st-1st January, will be dispatched on the nearest available working day. Please be aware that shipping may take longer during the holiday period, but we will be sure to provide business as usual!
Final Recommended Order Dates
We ship all orders by Royal Mail (excluding our International Express Delivery option) offering you a world of choice of how quickly you would like to receive your order. Please place your Christmas orders on or before these dates to ensure that your gifts arrive by December 24th!

Extended Returns Policy
Due to the Christmas gift-giving period, our returns policy will be extended until the 8th January 2018 for orders made between 15th November and 24th December 2017.
