Opening Hours
Of course we are open - there's no rest for the self-employed! Throughout the Christmas period, all day, everyday, Baltic Beauty will be open offering the usual speedy customer service! Orders made between the 21st-27th December and the 28th December - 1st January, will be dispatched on the nearest available working day. Please be aware that shipping times may take longer during the holiday period, but we will be sure to provide business as usual!

Extended Returns Policy
Due to the Christmas gift-giving period, our returns policy will be extended until the 7th January 2019 for orders made between the 12th November and 24th December 2017. If you are purchasing a gift for Christmas before the 12th, please contact us and we can extend your returns policy.
