Refund policy

Returns are accepted, as long as the shop is notified first within 14 days of the receipt of goods. Once we have received the returned product, we will be able to provide a full refund excluding postage costs.

You may use any method of return postage, but we always recommend Signed For or Insured delivery - for piece of mind and guarantee of its arrival. Please get in touch if you have any more questions. Please note, Baltic Beauty will not take liability for missing returns sent via an untracked service.  

All our Jewellery is covered under a 1 year warranty. This means we will replace damaged jewellery that is not caused by the purchaser. We will clean or refresh this free of charge. Please note, Baltic Beauty has the right to refuse warranty if Baltic Beauty believes in negligence.
