I bought the earrings for my partner, along with a green amber silver bracelet to match a green amber necklace she already has. She absolutely loves them both. Choosing jewellery for other people is often daunting. Fortunately, she was so pleased with my present. I will definitely look first of all at Baltic Beauty whenever I need to buy some other jewellery. As a man, buying for his partner, I was certainly out of my comfort zone. However, I felt reassured by the website, the reviews and the quality of the products you had to offer. It was easy for me to select and purchase and my partner is extremely happy.

The items arrived quickly, are packaged very well with authenticity cards stating that BB is an approved amber seller, and the earrings beautiful and well made. Keep in mind that their green amber jewelry uses a dark foil backing on the jewels to create the green effect. The amber itself is a light honey color. This is common practice as genuine green amber is actually pretty rare and is not as dark green as many buyers expect their green amber jewels to be. I expected this given the prices—I have yet to see “authentic” green amber in new jewelry at this price point. Just FYI! Anyway, that said, these are sweet, tiny drop earrings I will wear to add a little extra sparkle to my looks

I paid £69 for these cufflinks as a birthday gift for my fiancé, whose birthday is 5 September. They arrived on 6 July and were stored safely and NEVER WORN. When I took them out for his birthday, the metal had already badly tarnished/discoloured. For £69, I find that appalling quality. When I complained, Baltic Beauty blamed factors including air, humidity and environmental conditions. If jewellery can deteriorate this badly simply from being stored unworn for two months, customers should be told BEFORE purchasing. Had I known, I would never have bought them. I was also extremely disappointed by the handling of my complaint and have now referred my concerns about the advertising to the Advertising Standards Authority. £69 for cufflinks that deteriorated before they were even worn, followed by a response blaming the environment. Unacceptable quality and customer service. I would not buy from this company again.

These earrings are really pretty. I shall be wearing them at a wedding in Oct'26. I explained that I was going away and they ensured I received them within a couple of days. I can't fault the earrings or the customer setvice. I will most certainly be using them again.
