Opening Hours
Of course we are open - there's no rest for small businesses! Throughout the Christmas period, all day, everyday, Baltic Beauty will be open offering the usual speedy customer service! Orders made between the 22nd-26th December and the 29th December - 2nd January, will be dispatched on the nearest available working day. Please be aware that shipping times may take longer during the holiday period, but we will be sure to provide business as usual!

Extended Returns
Due to the Christmas gift-giving period, our returns policy will be extended until the 4th January 2021 for orders made between the 12th November and 24th December 2020. If you are purchasing a gift for Christmas before the 12th, please contact us and we can extend your returns policy!
