Royal Mail Shipping Delays
Royal Mail will be carrying out a national strike action on Thursday 24, Friday 25 and Wednesday 30 November and Thursday 1 December 2022. Any orders made the day before, during or in the days after any strike action will be subject to delay. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Opening Hours
Of course we are open - there's no rest for small businesses! Throughout the Christmas period, all day, everyday, Baltic Beauty will be open offering the usual speedy customer service! Orders made between the 20th-26th December and the 30th December - 2nd January, will be dispatched on the nearest available working day. Please be aware that shipping times may take longer during the holiday period, but we will be sure to provide business as usual!
Final Recommended Order Dates
Please place your orders on or before 1pm on these dates to ensure that your gifts arrive by December 24th! Please be aware of global shipping delays, and we would highly recommend placing your order as soon as possible, to give your Baltic Beauty the best chance to arrive in time for Christmas.

Extended Returns
Due to the Christmas gift-giving period, our returns policy will be extended until the 6th January 2023 for orders made between the 12th November and 30th December 2022. If you are purchasing a gift for Christmas before the 12th, please contact us and we can extend your returns policy!
